This spralling Brisbane designer home had everything including a large outdoor terrace. Unfortunately, due to the extreme Queensland temperatures it was hardly ever in use. The surfaces were excessively hot and didn’t cool down until well into the evening.

The addition of a retractable roof system changed the outdoor area completely. The extend retractable roof allowed the house and terrace to stay cool through the day whether in use or not allowing comfort whenever needed. When evening came around the roof could be retracted back and allowed the residents to enjoy the cooler evenings.
